    Complete a Villa XedYana reservation first. Apply with your booking reference (e.g. VX482917), then choose your link name and dashboard login.

  2. Get approved

    Our team reviews every application. Once approved, your referral link goes live and your dashboard is ready.

  3. Share your link & promo

    Post your referral link, share your promo code, or use our ready-to-paste messages in your dashboard. Anyone who books through either one is attributed to you.

  4. Track & earn

    Watch clicks and bookings in your dashboard. Commission is calculated when referred stays are confirmed.

How much can I earn?

Commission is a percentage of each confirmed stay total — most guest referrers earn around 3%, with your exact rate confirmed at approval. You’ll see your rate and the exact amount for each referred booking in your dashboard.

Do people I refer get a discount?

Yes — that is separate from your commission. Approved guest referrers get a promo code linked to their referral. Referred bookers typically save around 2% off, while you earn commission (usually around 3%). They can open your link (promo auto-filled) or enter your code at checkout — you get credit either way.

When do I get paid?

Commission is tracked when a referred booking reaches confirmed status. Payouts are sent via GCash — you’ll provide your GCash number and account name when you apply.

How long does approval take?

We review applications manually to keep the program quality high. Most guest referrers hear back within a few business days.

Who can apply?

You must have booked Villa XedYana first. Apply with your booking reference (from your confirmation email or view-booking page). Cancelled bookings cannot be used.

Do I need a large following?

No. A trusted circle of friends and family is enough. What matters is that you’ve actually stayed with us and share the villa honestly.

Can I use my own link to book?

Self-referrals are not eligible for commission. The program is for introducing new bookers to Villa XedYana — not discounting your own stay.
