If you paid the full amount due (stay + safety deposit), only the reservation amount is deducted — the remainder of the stay charge is refunded, and the ₱1,000 safety deposit remains refundable after checkout when house rules are followed. Important reminders before reservation

Pets & smoking Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the premises, but you may smoke outside.
9:00 PM curfew We strictly implement our 9:00 PM curfew for videoke, music, and other loud noises. This policy has been put in place following several complaints from nearby residents and the barangay.
Guest capacity For the same reason, exceeding the maximum guest capacity is strictly not allowed.
